At Bees Delights, we want you to love your natural skincare products. This Returns & Refunds Policy explains your rights and how we handle returns, refunds, and exchanges in accordance with UK consumer law.

This policy does not affect your statutory rights.

1. Your Right to Cancel (Online Orders)

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your items, for any reason.

  • You must inform us of your decision to cancel within 14 days of delivery

  • You then have a further 14 days to return the items to us

  • You do not need to provide a reason for cancellation

We will issue a full refund, including standard delivery costs, within 14 days of receiving the returned goods

.

2. Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused and in their original packaging

  • Products must be returned in a resalable condition

  • You may handle items as you would in a shop, but excessive use may reduce your refund

We reserve the right to make a deduction if the value of the goods has been reduced due to unnecessary handling .

3. Hygiene & Cosmetic Products

Due to the nature of our products:

  • Opened or used cosmetics cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons

  • This includes skincare, balms, oils, and other personal care items once unsealed

This is in line with UK law regarding sealed goods that are not suitable for return once opened due to health or hygiene reasons .

4. Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

You are entitled to a refund, replacement, or repair if your item:

  • Is faulty

  • Is not as described

  • Is not fit for purpose

If you receive a faulty or damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos where possible.

We will:

  • Offer a replacement or full refund

  • Cover any reasonable return postage costs

Under UK law, you may have rights to repairs or replacements for up to 6 months (and longer in some cases) .

5. How to Return an Item

To initiate a return, please contact us at:

📍 We will then provide you with the return address

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • Details of the item(s) you wish to return

  • Reason for return (optional)

We will provide instructions on how to return your item.

6. Return Costs

  • You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect

  • We recommend using a tracked service, as we are not responsible for lost returns.

7. Refunds

Once we receive your return:

  • We will inspect the item

  • Refunds will be issued within 14 days via your original payment method

We will refund:

  • The full product price

  • Standard delivery costs (if returned under cancellation rights, within 14 days of purchase, or faulty).

8. Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Opened or used cosmetic products

  • Items returned outside the cancellation period (unless faulty)

  • Any products not in resalable condition.

9. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please:

  1. Return your original item (if eligible)

  2. Place a new order.

10. Your Legal Rights

Nothing in this policy removes or limits your rights under UK law, including:

  • The Consumer Rights Act 2015

  • The Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013
